Adhi Karmyogi Campaign: Collector Tulika Prajapati Stresses Collective Participation for Village Development

Collector Tulika Prajapati reached Rengakthera village today to review the progress of the ongoing Adhi Karmyogi Campaign. During her visit, she interacted with villagers, urging them to actively participate in preparing a comprehensive village development plan under the campaign.

The Collector emphasized that the campaign aims to draft a Gram Vision Plan for Scheduled Areas, focusing on rural development and livelihood-based activities. “Your participation is vital since you understand the village’s problems and needs better. Development requires everyone’s contribution,” she told the villagers.

Highlighting priority areas, Prajapati urged villagers to run drives against malnutrition, anemia, and addiction, while ensuring that every household possesses essential documents such as Aadhaar, Ayushman, and ration cards. She also instructed parents to take advantage of the new system of preparing caste certificates for children up to six years of age enrolled in Anganwadis.

Underscoring the link between maternal health and child well-being, she encouraged women and adolescent girls to undergo blood tests and adopt healthy practices. She further stressed reviving education for school dropouts and developing training programs aligned with the interests of unemployed youth to generate local employment.

Calling for collective responsibility, the Collector appealed to villagers to launch a cleanliness campaign to keep the village clean and beautiful. She also suggested conducting door-to-door transit walks to shape a stronger Gram Vision.

Zila Panchayat CEO Bharti Chandrakar added that works under MGNREGA and other development activities must be included in the Gram Vision and placed for approval in the upcoming Gram Sabha on October 2, enabling broader benefits for the villagers.

SDM Hemendra Bhuarya and other officials were also present during the inspection.
