Officials Instructed to Ensure Effective Stall Setup, Smooth Arrangements, and a Grand Presentation of Government Schemes

District Collector Jitendra Yadav on Sunday conducted an inspection of the preparations underway for the upcoming Chhattisgarh State Foundation Day (Rajyotsav) celebrations at the State High School Ground in Rajnandgaon.
During the visit, Collector Yadav reviewed the arrangements being made for departmental exhibitions, stage setup, seating, parking, and entry management. He directed officials to ensure that stalls established by various departments effectively showcase the achievements and public welfare schemes implemented across the district.
The Collector emphasized that the exhibition should highlight the noteworthy initiatives and development works carried out in the region, enabling the public to understand the progress achieved through government programs.

He also instructed officers to focus on maintaining cleanliness, systematic crowd management, and security measures to ensure a smooth and well-organized celebration.
The review meeting was attended by CEO Zila Panchayat Ms. Suruchi Singh, Additional Collectors C.L. Markandeya and Prem Prakash Sharma, Additional Superintendent of Police Rahul Sharma, Municipal Commissioner Atul Vishwakarma, and several other departmental officials.
Collector Yadav urged all departments to work in coordination and complete all preparations in time to make the Rajyotsav celebration both inspiring and memorable for the citizens of Rajnandgaon.
