Public Petitions on Pensions, Housing, Land Records, and Welfare Schemes Addressed with Priority

Demonstrating the administration’s commitment to responsive governance, Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure held the weekly Jan Darshan at the Collectorate, listening attentively to grievances and issues raised by citizens from across the district.
Dr. Bhure directed departmental officers to resolve all submitted petitions on priority, ensuring that eligible beneficiaries receive timely benefits under government schemes. He emphasized that officials must handle cases with sensitivity and deliver solutions that connect citizens directly to welfare programs.

Applications received included requests related to old-age pensions, housing under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, land allotments, name transfers, encroachment removal, correction of online revenue records, and Aadhaar card updates. The Collector reviewed the petitions and instructed officials to process them swiftly as per rules, ensuring that qualified applicants are duly benefitted.
District Panchayat CEO Ms. Suruchi Singh, Additional Collector C.L. Markandey, Municipal Commissioner Atul Vishwakarma, and other senior officers were present during the public hearing.
