Pending Pension Dues Cleared Following Application Received During Collector’s Public Hearing

Swift Administrative Action Resolves Long-Standing Pension Issue of Retired Employee

The district administration is continuing to take effective action for the prompt resolution of applications received through the Collector’s Jan Darshan public grievance redressal programme. In another successful case, a long-pending pension issue concerning a retired employee has been resolved following administrative intervention.

During the Jan Darshan programme, applicant Mr. Jayant Badhu submitted a petition stating that pension payments related to his retired father had remained pending for a prolonged period. According to the application, the pension case could not be finalized due to the absence of certain required documents and incomplete official records, resulting in financial difficulties for the family.

Collector Orders Immediate Action

Taking serious note of the matter, Collector Mr. Jitendra Yadav directed the concerned department to examine the case and take necessary action at the earliest.

Following the Collector’s instructions, departmental officials reviewed the case, verified the records and completed all pending documentation and procedural formalities required for processing the pension claim.

Pension Process Completed, Pending Amount Released

As a result of the coordinated efforts of the district administration, the pension case was resolved and the payment process was successfully completed. The pending pension amount has now been released to the retired employee.
