Chairing the weekly time-limit meeting at the Collectorate, Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure directed officials to ensure the effective execution of government schemes in tribal-dominated villages under the Dharti Aba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Yojana as part of the ongoing Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan.

The Collector emphasized that housing, road connectivity, healthcare, education, and employment schemes must be implemented in a mission mode to achieve saturation in identified villages. He instructed departments to form dedicated teams for integrated action and to prepare detailed “Village Vision Plans.” Social buildings in these villages should be identified and developed into service centers with adequate lighting, drinking water, and other civic facilities.

Dr. Bhure called for active involvement of NGOs and social workers in the campaign to ensure maximum benefits reach tribal families. He stressed that beneficiaries under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) should receive 100% coverage, while access to drinking water, healthcare, Ujjwala connections, Aadhaar, and Ayushman Bharat cards should be expanded without delay.

Marking Chhattisgarh’s Silver Jubilee, the Collector instructed departments—including Panchayat & Rural Development, School Education, Women & Child Development, and Health—to organize awareness activities and expedite the issuance of income, caste, and residence certificates in rural areas. He also highlighted the importance of the Pradhan Mantri Suryaghar Muft Bijli Yojana for both urban and rural households, urging officials to scale up beneficiary coverage.

Reviewing progress on revenue cases, he ordered the speedy disposal of pending undisputed mutation applications and partition cases under the Swamitva Yojana. He stressed improved performance in the Atal Monitoring Dashboard and directed officers to accelerate the adoption of the e-office system. Instructions were also issued to commence online coaching for Class 11 and 12 students at the earliest.

Further, the Collector directed the Public Works Department to repair and reconstruct damaged roads and reviewed preparations for Shishu Suraksha Mah, which includes distribution of iron syrup, folic acid, child immunization, and other healthcare measures.

Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat, Ms. Suruchi Singh, underlined that all departments must work together to ensure 100% saturation of schemes in tribal villages. She informed that special training will be organized for the implementation of the program and highlighted that the Adi Karmayogi campaign aims to benefit tribal families across 25 parameters of governance.

The meeting was attended by Municipal Commissioner Atul Vishwakarma, SDM Dongargarh M. Bhargav, SDM Dongargaon Shrikant Koram, and other district officials.
