Under directives from the Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee, the Rajnandgaon unit set up a projector to screen Rahul Gandhi’s speech, which presented what he described as “conclusive proof” of vote theft. The event showcased discrepancies in voter lists and urged citizens to support the demand for making the digital electoral roll data public.

A “missed call” campaign was also launched to mobilise public resistance against what the Congress termed as “vote theft.”

City District Congress President Kulbir Singh Chhabra alleged that the Modi government did not come to power through a genuine public mandate but through a calculated conspiracy. “The BJP is deliberately undermining democracy to grab power. Instead of cooperating with Rahul Gandhi, who has presented certified documents as proof, the Election Commission is serving him notices. This is completely unjust,” Chhabra said.
