Ensuring efficiency and accountability in land and farmer-related services, Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure held a detailed review meeting with revenue officials at the district collectorate. He directed all officials to handle revenue matters in a citizen-centric manner, emphasizing that common people should not face any inconvenience in resolving their revenue-related issues.
Timely Disposal of Revenue Cases
Dr. Bhure instructed that all revenue files, including undisputed name transfers, land partitions, and boundary demarcation cases, must be resolved within prescribed timelines. He emphasized courteous behavior by patwaris (revenue clerks) with the public to build trust in the system.

Agro-State Registration Drive for Farmers
One of the key directives from the meeting was regarding the Agro-State registration of farmers. Dr. Bhure urged that all farmers who sold paddy at procurement centers last year must register themselves on the Agro-State portal without delay. He instructed Tehsildars to spread awareness among farmers to complete their registration at the nearest Common Service Centers (CSCs) or Lok Seva Kendras. He further emphasized the need to prioritize Aadhaar seeding and mobile number updates for all registered farmers.
Land Ownership and Survey Initiatives
Under the Swamitva Yojana, the Collector directed that land ownership record distribution be completed by August 1, 2025. He also asked for joint surveys by the Revenue and Forest Departments on designated forest lands and submission of a report within 15 days.
In line with land planning and conservation, officers were instructed to identify sites for afforestation, accelerate map digitization and partitioning work, and correct any erroneous entries in land records.

Strict Action Against Irregularities
Expressing concern over unauthorized land plotting, Dr. Bhure ordered strict action against illegal land developers. He also called for special attention to tribal land sale and purchase reports, urging a transparent and lawful process in such sensitive matters.
Pension Cases, Crop Survey, and Safety Measures
Highlighting the importance of social welfare, he asked officials to prioritize and immediately submit RBC 6-4 cases, ensuring timely financial aid to the concerned individuals. He further instructed that training be provided to field surveyors for the upcoming digital crop survey for the Kharif season.
In light of safety concerns, Dr. Bhure directed officials to secure closed mines and open borewells/wells, reducing the risk of accidents. Issues related to Nazul land verification, Geo-referenced maps, pending service center files, and disputed land records were also reviewed in detail.
Senior Officials Present
The meeting was attended by Additional Collectors C.L. Markandeya and Prem Prakash Sharma, Joint Collectors Sheetal Bansal, Saraswati Banjare, and Hiteshwari Baghe, SDM Khem Lal Verma, and other senior revenue officers.
