The Collector reviewed the progress of the Swamitva Yojana and directed officials to give priority to pending cases. He ordered that all pending work related to the scheme be completed by the end of the month.

Officials were directed to prepare a list of such maps, formulate a roster and initiate action at the district level for preparation of new maps. The move is aimed at preventing difficulties in revenue-related work and ensuring timely resolution of citizens’ cases.
The Collector also reviewed digital Girdawari and other revenue activities. He directed the revenue staff to keep records updated, dispose of pending cases within the stipulated time and ensure prompt delivery of revenue services to the public.
During the inspection, Yadav interacted with villagers to seek their feedback regarding the regular presence and functioning of the Patwari. The villagers informed him that the Patwari regularly attends the office and that her work is satisfactory.

At the Gram Panchayat Bamhni, the Collector interacted with the Sarpanch and villagers and gathered information about development works and basic facilities available in the village.
He reviewed the status of education, healthcare and other essential services. Based on the inspection and interaction with villagers, the overall situation regarding education and health was found to be satisfactory.
The Collector also reviewed the progress of solar energy installations in the village. He was informed that 34 applications have been registered for solar energy systems.

Yadav directed officials to immediately coordinate with the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, and process these cases further. He instructed that loan formalities in all eligible cases should be completed by the end of the month and that installation of solar power systems should be ensured.
He appealed to villagers to make maximum use of government schemes and install solar energy systems at their homes.
Anganwadi Nutrition Status Found Satisfactory
During his inspection of the village Anganwadi Centre, the Collector reviewed the status of malnutrition and nutrition programmes.
He obtained information about the nutritional status of children and the services being provided to them. The situation was found to be satisfactory.
The Collector directed officials to ensure that children and mothers regularly receive all facilities and services available through the Anganwadi Centre.
He also directed that persons with disabilities in the village be provided work as Mates under VB-G-RAM-G, enabling them to access employment opportunities locally and participate in development activities.
Yadav further instructed officials to undertake repairs of the school toilet and construct a cremation ground in the village wherever required.
Panchayat representatives and concerned officials were directed to give priority to these works and take necessary action to ensure the availability of basic facilities to villagers.
AgriStack Registration Reviewed at Lok Seva Kendra

During the review of AgriStack registration, Lok Seva Kendra operator Doman Kumar informed the Collector that more than 900 people in the village have already completed their AgriStack registration, while approximately 70 eligible registrations remain pending.
He informed the Collector that delays in several cases were occurring because the Aadhaar details of some residents had not been updated.
Taking note of the issue, Yadav directed officials to organise a special camp for Aadhaar updation to facilitate villagers. He also ordered that the remaining eligible AgriStack registrations be completed immediately.

The Collector also reviewed registrations under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana at the Lok Seva Kendra. So far, 36 beneficiaries have registered under the scheme at the centre.
