Directs officials to accelerate implementation of government schemes and ensure timely resolution of pending cases

Collector Jitendra Yadav reviewed ongoing development works and priority government schemes during the weekly time-bound meeting held at the Collectorate conference hall on Tuesday.
During the meeting, the Collector also took serious note of negligence in the investigation of a patient at the District Hospital. On his instructions, the Civil Surgeon lodged an FIR against the concerned person for the alleged negligence.
Considering the monsoon season, Collector Jitendra Yadav directed health officials to ensure adequate availability of medicines and all necessary medical facilities at health centres across the district to prevent seasonal diseases.
The Collector reviewed pending cases under CM Helpline 1076, public grievances, PGN, PG Portal, Jan Darshan, Sushasan Tihar and other grievance redressal platforms department-wise. He directed officials to ensure the timely and quality disposal of all applications and maintain continuous online monitoring of pending cases.
He also directed officials to complete Aadhaar verification of students studying in all schools on priority.
Review of Fertiliser and Seed Availability During Kharif Season
The Collector reviewed the availability, distribution and storage of fertilisers and seeds during the ongoing Kharif season. The Agriculture Department informed the meeting that farmers had shown greater preference for NPK fertiliser over DAP, indicating increased awareness regarding the balanced use of fertilisers.
The Collector also reviewed the progress of AgriStack registration among farmers and directed officials to complete the registration of all remaining farmers at the earliest.
He said that AgriStack registration provides farmers with a unique Farmer ID, enabling them to access various government schemes of the Agriculture Department more easily.
So far, 1,47,036 farmers in the district have been registered under AgriStack.

6,508 Adolescent Girls Vaccinated Under HPV Campaign
Collector Jitendra Yadav also reviewed the progress of the ongoing HPV vaccination campaign in the district. He directed officials to increase awareness among parents and adolescent girls regarding the importance and benefits of the vaccine.
He said that HPV vaccination is highly effective in preventing cervical cancer. So far, 6,508 adolescent girls in the district have been vaccinated.
The Collector instructed the Health Department to prepare a school-wise vaccination roster and accelerate the campaign.
Review of PM Surya Ghar and PM SVANidhi Schemes
The Collector reviewed the progress of the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana and directed officials to conduct a comprehensive awareness campaign to connect more eligible beneficiaries with the scheme.
He said the scheme is an important initiative aimed at reducing household electricity expenses while also transforming citizens into energy producers.
So far, rooftop solar panels have been installed at the homes of 4,164 beneficiaries in the district.
The Collector also reviewed the PM SVANidhi Scheme and directed officials to launch a special campaign to connect more eligible beneficiaries in urban areas with self-employment opportunities.
He instructed officials to identify eligible beneficiaries and ensure that they receive the benefits of the scheme. So far, loans have been disbursed to 4,647 beneficiaries under the PM SVANidhi Scheme in the district.
CEO Zila Panchayat Durga Prasad Adhikari, Additional Collector C.L. Markandey, Additional Collector Prem Prakash Sharma and all district-level officers were present at the meeting.
