District Administration Organizes Large-Scale Capacity-Building Programme to Enhance Aadhaar Enrolment and Update Services
UIDAI Representative Provides Detailed Guidance on Procedures, Compliance and Citizen-Centric Service Delivery

In an effort to further strengthen and streamline Aadhaar enrolment and update services across the district, a comprehensive training programme for Aadhaar operators was organized at the Collectorate Conference Hall in Rajnandgaon.
The training session was conducted to enhance operational efficiency and ensure the effective implementation of Aadhaar-related services in accordance with established guidelines. During the programme, Mr. Shubhan, representative of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), provided detailed information on various aspects of Aadhaar operations and service delivery.
A key focus of the training was addressing the practical challenges and queries faced by Aadhaar operators during enrolment and update processes. Participants received clarification on operational procedures, compliance requirements and best practices to ensure seamless service delivery to citizens.
The programme also emphasized strict adherence to prescribed guidelines for Aadhaar enrolment and updating activities, with the objective of maintaining accuracy, transparency and service quality.
Officials Stress Compliance and Service Standards
Addressing the participants, Additional Collector C.L. Markandey directed Aadhaar operators to perform their responsibilities in accordance with prescribed standards and operational protocols to ensure the effective implementation of Aadhaar services throughout the district.
The training programme was attended by all Sub-Divisional Officers (Revenue), Tehsildars, Assistant Manager Ashish Swarnkar, District Aadhaar Coordinator Ankit Singh, along with other concerned officials, employees and Aadhaar operators.
District officials expressed confidence that the training would help improve service efficiency, resolve operational bottlenecks and enable citizens to receive faster and more reliable Aadhaar-related services.
