The Sushasan Tihar initiative organized by the Chhattisgarh government is emerging as an effective platform for the prompt resolution of public grievances. A humane and responsive face of the administration was witnessed during a camp held at Itwari Ram Yadav Government School in Bhatapara Municipality, where local resident Sunita Jaiswal received her long-pending ration card within minutes.

Sensitive and Immediate Resolution

Sunita Jaiswal had been facing difficulties for a long time due to issues related to her ration card. Upon receiving her application at the camp, officials took immediate cognizance of the matter. After verifying eligibility, authorities prepared and handed over a new ration card to her on the spot.

Receiving the ration card instantly left Sunita emotional. She expressed heartfelt gratitude to Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai for ensuring prompt justice through responsive governance.

Government Services Delivered Under One Roof

The primary objective of Sushasan Tihar is to free citizens from repeated visits to government offices. The camp successfully demonstrated this vision, as multiple departments operated from a single venue, making verification and processing of applications easier and faster.

Applications received during the camp were processed transparently without delay. Like Sunita Jaiswal, dozens of other citizens also received immediate benefits related to pensions, revenue services and other civic facilities.
