Special Camp on January 30 to Resolve Pending Pension and Pay Fixation Cases in Rajnandgaon

District Treasury Office to host grievance redressal camp under Chhattisgarh’s Silver Jubilee celebrations

In view of Chhattisgarh State’s Silver Jubilee celebrations, the Finance Department has announced a special camp on January 30, 2026, for the resolution of long-pending pension and pay fixation cases of government employees and pensioners.

The camp will be organised from 10 am at the District Treasury Office, Rajnandgaon, under the supervision of the Divisional Joint Director, Treasury, Accounts and Pension, Durg.

Senior Treasury Officer Dilip Singh informed that office heads and Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) may attend the camp along with their concerned pension and establishment staff, carrying all necessary documents and records. The camp will facilitate disposal of objectioned cases, verification of pay fixation, and settlement of pension-related matters.

Officials have also been instructed to bring pending pension and pay fixation verification files to ensure on-the-spot resolution, enabling faster clearance of long-standing cases and providing relief to beneficiaries.
