सीमेंट फैक्ट्री के विरोध में किसानों का भिलाई कूच —

खैरागढ़-छुईखदान-गंडई जिले से बड़ी संख्या में किसान और ग्रामीण मंगलवार को अपनी रोज़मर्रा की मेहनत-मजदूरी का काम छोड़कर भिलाई के पर्यावरण मंडल पहुंचे। ग्रामीणों की चिंता एक ही है — श्री सीमेंट फैक्ट्री प्रोजेक्ट आने के बाद कहीं गांव उजड़ न जाएं और उनकी खेती-बाड़ी हमेशा के लिए खत्म न हो जाए। ग्रामीणों ने पर्यावरण मंडल के अधिकारियों के सामने खुलकर अपनी आपत्ति रखी और कहा कि उद्योग और विकास जरूरी हैं, लेकिन गांवों की कीमत पर नहीं।

किसानों का कहना है कि सीमेंट फैक्ट्री के खुलने से फसलों की उर्वरता कम होगी, धूल और प्रदूषण से खेती प्रभावित होगी और पीने के पानी तक पर खतरा मंडरा जाएगा। सबसे आगे बुज़ुर्ग किसान — “हम खेत छोड़कर आए हैं, गांव न छोड़ा जाए” पंक्तियों में खड़े किसानों के बीच एक बुज़ुर्ग किसान भी नजर आए— सुबह से बिना भोजन किए भिलाई पहुंचे थे। उनकी पीड़ा ने पूरे माहौल को भावुक कर दिया।

उन्होंने कहा— > “हमारी पीढ़ियों ने जमीन बचाकर रखी है… फैक्ट्री लग गई तो गांव भी उजड़ जाएगा और किसान भी।” किसानों का आरोप है कि स्थानीय स्तर पर जानकारी स्पष्ट और पारदर्शी तरीके से नहीं दी जा रही और सरकारी व औद्योगिक दबाव की आशंका भी जताई जा रही है।

11 दिसंबर को जनसुनवाई — ग्रामीणों की निगाहें निर्णायक दिन पर इस मामले में 11 दिसंबर को जनसुनवाई तय है, जिसमें ग्रामीणों की भागीदारी बड़े पैमाने पर होने की संभावना है। ग्रामीणों ने चेतावनी दी है कि— 📌 यदि ग्रामीणों और किसानों की सहमति के बिना उद्योग को अनुमति दी गई, तो बड़ा आंदोलन छेड़ा जाएगा। 📌 खेती और पानी पर खतरा बन रहा उद्योग किसी भी कीमत पर स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

ग्रामीणों की मुख्य मांगें 🔹 किसानों की जमीन का जबरन अधिग्रहण न किया जाए 🔹 गांवों के पर्यावरण व जलस्तर की वैज्ञानिक जांच की जाए 🔹 जनसुनवाई में सभी प्रभावितों को बोलने का अधिकार मिले 🔹 निर्णय पूरी पारदर्शिता के साथ लिया जाए सरकारी और प्रशासनिक महकमों पर निगाह पर्यावरण मंडल ने ग्रामीणों की बातें सुनीं और आवश्यक दस्तावेज स्वीकार किए हैं। अब ग्रामीणों को 11 दिसंबर की जनसुनवाई से ही न्याय की उम्मीद है। बुधवार को भिलाई पहुंचे किसानों के चेहरों पर थकान, चिंता और संघर्ष की तैयारी साफ दिखाई दी।
