Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) Dongargarh has once again proven its academic excellence by achieving a 100% pass rate in both Class 10 and Class 12 in the CBSE Board Examination 2025. The remarkable results were announced on May 13, 2025, following the declaration by the Central Board of Secondary Education.

Class 12 – Stellar Performances in Science and Commerce
In the Science stream, all 43 students who appeared for the exam passed with first division marks.
- Anusha Gajbhiye topped the Science batch with 90.4%,
- Followed by Srujan Chandra (89.6%) and
- Durga Janghel (89.4%).
In a surprising twist, the Commerce stream outshone Science in terms of scores.
- Megha Chandravanshi emerged as the topper with an impressive 96%,
- Vaishali secured second position with 93%, and
- Vaishnavi Dhurve stood third with 91%.
All 34 Commerce students passed with first division, marking a significant achievement for the stream and the school.

Class 10 – Over 95% Students Achieve First Division
The performance in Class 10 was equally commendable.
Out of 45 students, more than 95% passed in first division.
- Todelal Sadeshwar secured the top position with 91.6%,
- Followed closely by Divyakant Nishad with 91.4%,
- While Mansi Thakur and Ghanendra Chandravanshi jointly held third place with 91%.
School Honours and Celebrations
Upon receiving the results, Vice Principal Sanjay Kumar Mandal expressed immense joy and personally felicitated top-performing students such as Srujan Chandra (89.6%), Kanishka Uike (87%), and Aastha Paul (81%) by presenting them with bouquets and best wishes for a bright future.
Staff members including Satish Kumar Pradhan, R.K. Chandra, S.B. Maharana, Smt. Iti Maravi, Mr. Suryavanshi, Smt. Seema Sahu (UDC), and Anil Kumar Pal were also present during the felicitation ceremony and extended their congratulations.
Subject-wise Averages Reflect Teaching Excellence
The Vice Principal highlighted the strong subject averages, indicating not just student performance but teacher dedication as well.
- Ram Kumar Chandra (Hindi, Class 12) achieved the highest subject average of 91.2%,
- Followed by S.B. Maharana (Computer Science) – 90%,
- Iti Maravi (Biology) – 85.7%,
- A.K. Bisen (Maths) – 77.5%,
- S.K. Pradhan (Chemistry) – 78.8%,
- Daduram Chandra (Physics) – 71%,
- Anil Pal (Yoga) – 73.9%.
In Commerce:
- Smt. Janki Madam (Economics) averaged 82%,
- Mr. Diwan (Business Studies) – 77.4%,
- Accountancy – 73%.
- Thomas Kumar Barla (English) – 75.4%.
Class 10 Teaching Contributions
- Smt. Kalpana Paul (English) – 74.1%,
- Sarita Sinha (Hindi) – 86.2%,
- Sneh Agrawal (Standard Maths) – 76.6%,
