Kailash Sharma Appointed State Spokesperson of Chhattisgarh BJP Kisan Morcha

Wave of enthusiasm across organisation and Rajnandgaon region following key political appointment

The Bharatiya Janata Party has appointed senior youth leader Kailash Sharma as the State Spokesperson of the Chhattisgarh BJP Kisan Morcha, a move that has generated widespread enthusiasm, pride and excitement across the party organisation and the Rajnandgaon region.

A former District President and State Minister of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, as well as a former District BJP Minister and spokesperson, Kailash Sharma is regarded as an energetic and committed young leader. His appointment reflects the party’s confidence in his organisational skills, ideological commitment and long-standing dedication to the BJP.

The appointment was made with the consent, trust and guidance of several senior BJP leaders, including Chhattisgarh BJP President Kiran Dev, State Organisation General Secretary Pawan Sai, Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly Speaker Dr Raman Singh, Member of Parliament Santosh Pandey, BJP Kisan Morcha State President Alok Thakur, senior leader Khoobchand Parakh, former MP Abhishek Singh, Rajnandgaon Mayor Madhusudan Yadav, Cabinet-rank leader Neelu Sharma, District Cooperative Bank President Sachin Baghel, Vice President Bharat Verma, District BJP President Komal Rajput, senior leader Santosh Agrawal, former District Panchayat President Dinesh Gandhi, Ramesh Patel, and several other senior leaders.

Party leaders said the appointment is a strong recognition of Kailash Sharma’s unwavering loyalty to the organisation, disciplined work culture, and proven organisational capability. Throughout his political journey, he has consistently worked to take the BJP’s ideology and policies to the grassroots with dedication and commitment.

During his tenure in the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, Sharma played a significant role in mobilising youth, raising public-interest issues, and strengthening the party’s outreach at the ground level. His sensitivity towards farmers’ and youth-related issues, along with his continuous engagement in organisational activities, is seen as a key strength for his new responsibility.

As State Spokesperson, Kailash Sharma is expected to play an important role in effectively presenting farmers’ concerns, expectations and suggestions before the government and the organisation. He will also be instrumental in spreading awareness about farmer-friendly schemes of the Central and State governments. Party leaders believe that under his leadership, the Kisan Morcha will gain renewed energy, clear direction and stronger organisational presence at the state level.
