The Chhattisgarh Housing Board has announced the launch of an affordable residential project in Mading Piding (Dhenu), located in Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki district, under the Atal Vihar Yojana. The project will feature independent housing units across different categories along with commercial spaces, aiming to provide quality and secure housing to citizens at affordable prices.

According to details shared by the Housing Board, the project will comprise MIG, LIG, and EWS housing units as well as shops.

  • MIG (2 BHK) homes will cover 1452.60 sq. ft. with an estimated price of ₹33 lakh.
  • LIG (2 BHK) houses will have an area of 968.40 sq. ft. priced at ₹18.60 lakh.
  • EWS (1 BHK) homes will measure 532.62 sq. ft. and cost ₹10.35 lakh.
  • Shops will be 258.24 sq. ft. in size with a price tag of ₹9.50 lakh.

The initiative aims to ensure housing for all sections of society, blending affordability with modern amenities.
