Nikhil Kumar bags Mister Fresher title as campus buzzes with music and celebration

A grand Freshers’ Party was organised at Sanskar City College of Education, Thakurtola, Rajnandgaon, by D.El.Ed second-year students to welcome newly admitted students. The primary objective of the event was to introduce the freshers to the academic, social and cultural environment of the college.
The programme began with a warm and cordial welcome of the new students through bouquets and applause, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm and belonging. This was followed by a series of cultural performances, including songs, dance routines and other entertaining acts, where students showcased their talent and creativity. The lively performances kept the audience engaged and filled the campus with joy and excitement.

As per the college tradition, Khushi Vaishnav was crowned Miss Fresher, while Nikhil Kumar was awarded the Mister Fresher title. The announcement was met with loud cheers, and both winners were congratulated by faculty members and fellow students.
Addressing the gathering, College Principal Dr Gurpreet Kaur encouraged students to move forward with discipline, hard work and a positive mindset. She also appreciated the efforts of the students for organising the event in a well-planned and disciplined manner.
The Freshers’ Party concluded on a harmonious note in a friendly and disciplined atmosphere. The event was attended by the principal, faculty members and all trainees, marking a memorable beginning for the new batch at Sanskar City College.
