The weekly Masti Ki Pathshala, organized every Sunday in the city, is rapidly emerging as a vibrant platform promoting fitness, recreation and community bonding. People from all age groups — children, youth and senior citizens — participated enthusiastically in the event.
From early morning, citizens gathered at the venue to take part in a variety of activities. Traditional games such as tug of war, pitthul, ring toss, snake and ladder, badminton, archery and karate attracted active participation from children and young people. Little kids enjoyed swings and slides, while senior citizens focused on maintaining good health through yoga sessions.

A drawing activity also became a major attraction, where children expressed their creativity and emotions through colorful artwork on drawing sheets.
Zumba Dance and Musical Performances Draw Crowd
The highlight of the event was the energetic Zumba dance session conducted by the Rhythm Revolution Group. Children and youth danced enthusiastically to Chhattisgarhi and Hindi songs, creating a lively atmosphere.
Additionally, a musical program organized by India TVS Company provided a platform for participants to showcase their singing talent. Winners of quizzes and sports competitions were felicitated with prizes by the organizers.

Public Representatives Encourage Participants
Mayor Madhusudan Yadav and Municipal Commissioner Atul Vishwakarma joined the activities by playing badminton and interacting with citizens. Municipal Corporation Chairman Topendra Singh Verma, along with councillors, motivated participants and distributed prizes to children who excelled in the drawing competition.
The Mayor stated that the initiative has received an excellent public response, with families and children waking up as early as 5 a.m. on Sundays to participate. He added that efforts will be made to further improve the program in accordance with public expectations.
Municipal Commissioner Atul Vishwakarma said that the event is successfully organized every week with the cooperation of social organizations and sports associations. Officials from the municipal administration, police and traffic departments are actively managing arrangements, and better facilities will be ensured in the coming weeks.

Support from Social and Sports Organizations
The success of the program was supported by Body Tech Gym, Rhythm Revolution Group, Yoga Groups, Blood Donation Association, Yamini Kala Kendra, India TVS Company, Rajnandgaon Runner Group and several sports associations including hockey, karate and archery.
Participants appreciated the well-organized event and thanked the Mayor and the Municipal Corporation team for creating a positive platform encouraging healthy lifestyle, recreation and community engagement. A large number of families attended the event, turning Sunday morning into a celebration of fitness and togetherness.
