A wave of devotion has gripped Dongargarh as thousands of devotees continue to visit the revered Bamleshwari Temple during the auspicious occasion of Chaitra Navratri.

Amid the spiritual fervour, Sanjay Shrivastava, Chairman of the Civil Supplies Corporation and a cabinet-rank minister, visited the temple along with his family to offer prayers.

Upon arrival, he was received by local residents, party workers, and members of the temple committee. The स्वागत was led by temple committee president Manoj Agrawal, along with other office bearers, who felicitated Shrivastava and his family with floral garlands and assisted them in performing rituals.

The visit also saw the presence of BJP Yuva Morcha leader Golu Suryavanshi, who attended the occasion with his family and associates, reflecting the participation of local youth leadership in the religious gathering.

Speaking after offering prayers, Shrivastava expressed his wishes for peace, prosperity, and well-being of the state. He emphasized that Navratri symbolizes devotion to divine power and provides spiritual strength and inner peace to devotees who visit the temple.

With the ongoing festival, Dongargarh has been witnessing a massive influx of pilgrims from across the region. The district administration has put in place comprehensive arrangements to ensure smooth darshan, including enhanced security, cleanliness drives, and other essential facilities for the convenience of visitors.

Officials stated that all necessary measures are being taken to manage the large crowds and maintain order in and around the temple premises during the nine-day festival.
