Collector Smt. Tulika Prajapati conducted a comprehensive review of the applications received under Sushasan Tihar 2025 in the Janpad Panchayat Mohla and instructed officials to resolve all grievances with utmost seriousness and high quality. She emphasized that officers must act responsibly and prioritize citizen-centric service delivery as part of the state’s good governance initiative.
The Collector chaired a meeting at the district office conference hall with heads of departments and gram panchayat secretaries to assess the status of applications. She underlined the importance of ensuring that beneficiaries under various government schemes are properly assisted and their issues resolved promptly.
“Sushasan Tihar is a crucial initiative of the Chhattisgarh Government aimed at addressing public grievances efficiently. Each department must work sincerely to ensure real, on-ground redressal and make sure that eligible citizens receive timely benefits,” she stated.
Smt. Prajapati instructed officials to inspect villages within their clusters, interact with citizens directly, and address their concerns firsthand. She also stressed the need for maintaining a list of upcoming Bhoomi Pujan and inauguration events for better planning.
Strict warnings were issued against any form of negligence. “Any lapse in resolving the applications received under this campaign will lead to disciplinary action against the responsible officials,” she said.
Prominent officials present during the review included Additional Collector Vijendra Singh Patle, Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat Bharati Chandrakar, SDM Mohla Hemendra Bhuarya, department heads, and all Panchayat secretaries under Janpad Panchayat Mohla.
This strong push by the district administration reflects the commitment to making governance more transparent, responsive, and effective at the grassroots level under the Sushasan Tihar framework.
