He said all applications must be resolved responsibly and satisfactorily, with regular online monitoring of their status.

He also instructed departments to complete Aadhaar verification of all school students on priority and ordered immediate action against encroachments on government land whenever complaints are received. Government land, he said, should be preserved for public welfare and official purposes. Department heads were also directed to implement effective action plans to ensure that government welfare schemes reach the last eligible beneficiary.

The Collector called for faster disposal of revenue-related cases. Officials informed the meeting that the Revenue Department had resolved more than 700 cases within the past week.

He instructed officials to conduct the Girdawari (crop survey) exercise with complete transparency, accuracy, and within the prescribed timeline.

Reviewing preparations for the Labour Department’s assistance distribution and felicitation programme scheduled for July 31, 2026, the Collector directed officials to complete all arrangements on time.

The Food Department was instructed to ensure accurate reconciliation of cooperative society accounts, while concerned departments were asked to prepare and forward proposals for district development projects included in the budget.
