Emphasizes cleanliness, systematic record management, and citizen-centric service delivery during surprise visit

Collector Jitendra Yadav conducted a detailed inspection of various offices located within the Rajnandgaon Collectorate on Wednesday. During his visit, he interacted with department heads and staff members to review ongoing administrative work and assess public service delivery.
Emphasizing the importance of maintaining a clean and organized work environment, the Collector directed all officials to ensure proper upkeep of files and records. He also reviewed registers and digital operations under the e-office system.

During his visit to the Aadhaar Service Centre, Collector Yadav personally interacted with citizens who had come for Aadhaar enrollment and updates, seeking their feedback on the quality of services being provided. He urged officials to work efficiently in the public interest and ensure that the benefits of government welfare schemes reach the maximum number of people.
At the District Antyavasayi Cooperative Development Committee, he instructed officers to expedite pending cases and promote entrepreneurship by approving more business loans.

The Collector also inspected several key departments, including Treasury, Statistics, Election, Disaster and Relief, Land Records, Nazul Court, Mining, Horticulture, Excise, Scholarship, DUDA, PM SVANidhi, and others. He issued necessary directions to ensure smooth functioning and transparency.
Additional Collectors C.L. Markandeya and Prem Prakash Sharma, along with other officials and staff, were present during the inspection.
