In a major step towards transparent and farmer-friendly governance, the Chhattisgarh Government has introduced the “Token Tumhar Haath” mobile application to streamline the token distribution system for paddy procurement. The app allows all registered farmers in the state to independently generate their paddy sale tokens for designated procurement centers on the date of their choice.
Through this application, farmers can access complete details related to their registration, land records, bank account, issued tokens, and updated procurement status — all in real time. Tokens will be issued every morning at 8:00 AM specifically through the mobile app. Meanwhile, cooperative society operators will begin distributing tokens from 9:30 AM onwards, similar to last year’s process.

Tokens will be issued for the upcoming seven procurement days and must correspond to the farmer’s registered paddy area, based on DCS, Girdawari, or PV records. To ensure fairness, small and marginal farmers can receive a maximum of two tokens, while large farmers will be permitted up to three.
To prevent unauthorized token issuance and ensure complete transparency, Aadhaar-based OTP authentication has been made mandatory. This verification step confirms the farmer’s identity and prevents token generation without their explicit consent.
