During the meeting, the CEO reviewed the progress of works being implemented under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana–Gramin (PMAY-G) and the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA). She directed officials to launch focused campaigns to ensure completion of housing construction within the stipulated timeline and achieve 100 percent targets through better coordination between the housing and MGNREGA departments.
To accelerate development works in rural areas, nodal officers were instructed to maintain weekly contact with villages and monitor ongoing projects on the ground. The CEO also reviewed activities under the Swachh Bharat Mission, including Faecal Sludge Treatment and Septage Management (FSTT), solid and liquid waste management (DWM), and greywater management projects, directing officials to ensure their timely completion.

In addition, the review covered the Samagra Portal, Mission Jal Raksha, tax recovery efforts and other departmental priorities. District Panchayat officials attended the meeting in person, while block-level officers joined through video conferencing.
The review aimed at strengthening implementation efficiency and ensuring that rural development initiatives deliver measurable outcomes across the district.
