Assistant Engineer Kamna Singh Yadav Honored with Heartfelt Farewell on Retirement from Rajnandgaon Municipal Corporation

The Rajnandgaon Municipal Corporation bid a warm and heartfelt farewell to Assistant Engineer Kamna Singh Yadav, who retired upon attaining the age of superannuation. The farewell ceremony was held at the V.C. Hall in the presence of Municipal Commissioner Atul Vishwakarma, Executive Engineers U.K. Ramteke and Deepak Khande, and other technical officials.

During the ceremony, Mr. Yadav was felicitated with a garland, shawl, coconut, and a cheque of his provident fund amount. Commissioner Atul Vishwakarma appreciated Mr. Yadav’s long-standing dedication and described his retirement as an emotional moment, likening his bond with the department to that of a family member. He particularly praised Mr. Yadav’s commendable role in the ward delimitation project, noting his unwavering commitment despite health challenges in his final year of service.

Executive Engineer U.K. Ramteke shared memories of working closely with Mr. Yadav and highlighted the challenges faced in earlier times due to limited resources in urban bodies. He commended Mr. Yadav’s ability to fulfill his responsibilities efficiently despite constraints, describing him as a source of inspiration for colleagues.

In his farewell speech, Kamna Singh Yadav expressed deep gratitude to his fellow officers and staff for their support throughout his career. He reflected on the familial atmosphere in the workplace and acknowledged the collective efforts that contributed to a fulfilling service tenure. Despite health issues in his final year, he said the encouragement and cooperation from colleagues kept him motivated.

The event was attended by several officials, including Assistant Engineer Pranay Meshram, Assistant Executive Engineer Garima Verma, Assistant Accounts Officer Rakesh Nande, and many staff members, all of whom extended their best wishes for Mr. Yadav’s post-retirement life.
