Emphasising that paddy procurement is one of the state’s top priorities, the Collector instructed the Agriculture, Food, Cooperative, MARKFED, and other departments to work in close coordination. He ordered strict action against illegal paddy traders (kochiya) and directed officials to ensure round-the-clock monitoring at border check-posts, particularly those connected to neighbouring states, to prevent illegal transportation of paddy.

He also reviewed the progress of the Special Intensive Revision and instructed departments to complete the task within the stipulated timeframe. Action against illegal liquor sales was also stressed.

Collector Yadav highlighted the importance of the PM Suryaghar Free Electricity Scheme, urging officials to motivate urban and rural residents to install rooftop solar plants in colonies and residential areas. He said the scheme would contribute significantly to energy conservation, and directed officers to accelerate implementation through detailed reviews.

Reviewing the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) and Affordable Housing Project (AHP) in urban areas, the Collector instructed officials to prioritise the completion of under-construction houses, ensuring timely delivery to beneficiaries.

He instructed officials to inspect all hospitals and ensure effective measures to reduce maternal mortality, including timely antenatal care (ANC) and availability of essential medicines.
