CCTV Footage Reveals Speeding Car Attempted Deliberate Collision; Police Launch Investigation After Narrow Escape

A major tragedy was averted on Sunday night when Chandresh Kumar Bhojwani, a member of Rajnandgaon’s prominent Bhojwani family, survived a suspected hit-and-run attack just outside his residence in Indira Nagar.
According to CCTV footage circulating on social media and local press groups, a speeding car appeared to deliberately crash into Bhojwani’s Activa scooter, which was parked near the roadside. The impact was sudden and forceful, leaving bystanders shocked. Fortunately, Bhojwani escaped unhurt, sustaining no serious injuries.
The incident occurred around 11 p.m. on Sunday. As per the footage, the car approached at high speed and struck the two-wheeler from the front, missing Bhojwani by inches. Eyewitnesses and police sources have not ruled out foul play.
Following the incident, Chandresh Bhojwani lodged a formal complaint with the police, alleging that the car driver appeared intoxicated and may have intentionally tried to harm him.

The chilling CCTV video has gone viral across social media platforms and local news networks, sparking public concern. Prominent citizens and well-wishers have reached out to the Bhojwani family to express relief over Chandresh’s safety.
Police officials confirmed that a case has been registered, and a probe is underway to identify and locate the driver involved.
