New Leadership Team Aims to Accelerate Growth and Safeguard Interests of Temple Priests

The All India Pujari-Purohit Association has announced a major restructuring at the national level, with the appointment of senior religious leader P.L. Bairagi as National Patron. The move is expected to enhance the organization’s outreach and strengthen efforts in safeguarding the rights and interests of temple priests across India.
According to a press release issued by office heads Vaibhav Nirvani and A.D. Nirmohi, the association’s National President Devkumar Nirvani unveiled the appointments of several key office-bearers at a national level.

Key Appointments Include:
- National Patron: Mahant Shri Shri 1008 Harishankar Das (Brindavan & Pandaria Temples)
- Mahant Rajeshri Dr. Ramsundar Das (Dugdhdhari Math)
- Mahant Devnath Das Shastri (Kawardha Dhangao Temple)
- Mahant Shyam Sundar Das (Kawardha Piparia Temple)
- Mahant Govind Das (Sahaspur Lohara Temple)
- Senior National Vice President: Mahant Laxmi Narayan Das (Ram Mandir, Lanji, Balaghat, MP)
- National General Secretary: Maharaj Prem Narayan Bairagi (Ram Mandir, Bhandara Road, Nagpur, Maharashtra)
- National Secretary: Acharya Ashok Chaturvedi, Harivansh Bhagwatacharya
- National Secretary: Lal Jitendra Kishore Vaishnav (Chhote Raja, Chhikhli Dam)
The announcement was met with widespread enthusiasm, with many local priests and community members extending their congratulations. Among those expressing support were Giridhar Sharma Maharaj (Jagannath Temple), Jitendra Jha (Digvijay College Ganesh Temple), Shekhar Dubey (Durga Temple), Mahendra Vaishnav (Jamaat Temple), Santosh Vaishnav, Chandan Sharma, Golu Mishra, Nikhil Vaishnav, Dilip Das Vaishnav, Rakesh Vaishnav, Chandan Das Ji, Rinku Das Ji, Manish Das Ji, Haldar Das, Nidhi Vaishnav, Vikas Nagar Temple representatives, and other social and religious leaders.
