Rajnandgaon (BTI) – Former councilor Hemant Ostwal has commented on the Congress party’s crushing defeat in the Rajnandgaon city municipal elections. He accused Mayor Mrs. Hema Deshmukh and other Congress leaders of working against the party’s and the public’s expectations, with BJP-backed contractors and middlemen dominating the corporation. Ostwal stated that during her five-year tenure, the Mayor failed to deliver any significant achievements for public welfare, and that her arrogance and lust for power led to the electoral loss. He appealed to the Congress party to prioritize true and honest leaders within the organization and remove power-hungry leaders from their positions.
