Under the Sushasan Tihar 2026 initiative, a Jan Samasya Nivaran (public grievance redressal) camp was successfully organized at the Herkutumb Cluster of Janpad Panchayat Mohla, witnessing overwhelming participation from rural citizens. The camp focused on inclusive development by ensuring government schemes reach the last mile and addressing public grievances efficiently.

Villagers from 12 Gram Panchayats — Markatola, Dhobedand, Kandadi, Kaneri, Ramgarh, Mohla, Pendakodo, Majiyapar, Kulhardoh, Kunjamtola, Vijaypur, and Mandingpiding — attended the camp in large numbers. A total of 1,209 applications related to public demands and complaints were received, and prompt action for resolution was initiated, with several cases settled immediately on-site.

Administration Reaches Villages with Multi-Department Services

Various government departments set up dedicated stalls to provide information and services under welfare schemes:

  • Health Department: Health check-ups and Ayushman Card awareness
  • Education Department: Scholarship schemes and academic guidance for students
  • Revenue Department: Assistance related to land mutation, demarcation, and revenue cases
  • Panchayat & Rural Development Department: Rural development programs
  • Agriculture Department: Awareness on modern farming techniques and improved seeds
  • Women & Child Development and Social Welfare Departments: Schemes for women, children, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities

Villagers expressed satisfaction, stating that for the first time multiple departments were available at a single village-level platform, strengthening public trust in governance.
