Under the guidance of Collector Mr. Jitendra Yadav, the Agriculture Department is conducting a special campaign from February 9 to February 14, 2026, at the पंचायत (panchayat) level to promote various government agricultural schemes and ensure that eligible farmers receive their entitled benefits.
As part of the drive, efforts are being made to link all eligible beneficiaries with the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) Yojana. The department is facilitating e-KYC verification, Aadhaar seeding, land seeding, and Agristack portal registration to ensure smooth transfer of benefits. Under the PM-KISAN scheme, eligible farmers receive ₹6,000 annually as financial assistance.

Deputy Director of Agriculture Mr. Tikam Singh Thakur informed that the 23rd installment of PM-KISAN is proposed to be transferred in February. In view of this, the department is personally contacting pending beneficiaries across the district. Currently, 604 e-KYC cases, 67 land seeding cases, 872 Aadhaar seeding cases, and 881 suspected cases remain pending, and efforts are being made to resolve them promptly.
Farmers have been urged to complete physical verification for suspected cases through nearby Lok Seva Kendras, Rural Agriculture Extension Officers, and Krishak Sangwaris. They have also been advised to update missing information through the “Farmer Corner” option on the PM-KISAN website and complete their e-KYC formalities.
For Aadhaar-based payments, farmers are requested to contact their respective banks to enable Aadhaar-Based Payment System (DBT) in their accounts. The department emphasized that timely compliance will ensure that no eligible farmer is deprived of the upcoming 23rd installment.

Along with resolving pending cases, the department has appealed to farmers to register on the Agristack portal, so that they can continue receiving benefits under various agricultural schemes without interruption.
The district administration reiterated its commitment to achieving 100 percent coverage of eligible farmers under PM-KISAN and ensuring transparent and efficient implementation of agricultural welfare schemes.
