Emphasising the importance of dialogue in adolescent development, Collector Jitendra Yadav said that effective communication skills help shape a positive future for teenagers. He was addressing a one-day district-level workshop on Samvad Sanskar organised at the District Panchayat Conference Hall to promote positive and active parental involvement in issues related to adolescent education and health.
Speaking on the theme of positive parenting and empowered youth, the Collector said such workshops help parents develop a better understanding of their children’s needs during adolescence. “The benefits of this understanding will be visible in the coming years. The ability to communicate effectively plays a vital role in shaping adolescents’ personalities and future direction,” he said.
Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat, Ms Suruchi Singh highlighted that youth are a powerful medium of social transformation and that investing in their holistic development is essential for long-term societal progress.
