The announcement was made during the birth anniversary समारोह of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose held at Subhash Chowk.

Addressing the gathering, the Mayor said the existing club building has become dilapidated and will be replaced with a modern, multi-purpose structure equipped with all essential amenities. He added that the proposed building will be developed on the lines of a Mangal Bhavan and will be suitable for social, cultural, and community events. Former Subhash Club president and local councillor Sawan Verma, who conducted the proceedings, highlighted the poor condition of the existing building and formally placed the demand for a new structure before the Mayor. Club president Chandan Verma noted that the club has long served as a hub for social, family, and community activities, and said a new building would greatly benefit residents of the surrounding area.
