रायगढ़ मेडिकल कॉलेज से आज एक अत्यंत दुखद और भावनात्मक समाचार सामने आया। कॉलेज के डीन डॉ. विनीत जैन का असामयिक निधन हो गया। उनके निधन की खबर मिलते ही न केवल कॉलेज परिसर बल्कि पूरा चिकित्सा जगत शोक में डूब गया है। डॉक्टरों, मेडिकल स्टाफ, विद्यार्थियों और मरीजों के बीच गहरा दुख और अविश्वास का माहौल व्याप्त है।

बताया जा रहा है कि डॉ. जैन पिछले कुछ दिनों से अस्वस्थ थे, इसके बावजूद उन्होंने अंतिम समय तक अपने कर्तव्यों को निभाना नहीं छोड़ा। वे लगातार मरीजों की सेवा में लगे रहे और अस्पताल की कार्यप्रणाली को सुचारू बनाए रखने के लिए निरंतर सक्रिय रहे। उनकी यही समर्पित भावना उन्हें एक डॉक्टर से बढ़कर, सच्चा सेवक बनाती थी।

चिकित्सा जगत में एक अमिट छाप छोड़ गए डॉ. जैन

डॉ. विनीत जैन चिकित्सा क्षेत्र में अपार अनुभव, सरलता, मानवीय संवेदनाओं और सेवा भाव के लिए जाने जाते थे। उन्होंने हमेशा चिकित्सा को सिर्फ पेशा नहीं बल्कि मानव-सेवा का माध्यम माना।

कॉलेज में मेडिसिन विभाग के विकास, छात्रों के उत्कृष्ट मार्गदर्शन और अस्पताल में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को उन्नत करने में उनका योगदान अविस्मरणीय है। उनके नेतृत्व में रायगढ़ मेडिकल कॉलेज ने कई उपलब्धियां हासिल कीं और चिकित्सा शिक्षा व स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं दोनों में नई पहचान बनाई।

विद्यार्थियों के लिए सदैव प्रेरणास्रोत बने रहेंगे

डॉ. जैन विद्यार्थियों के बीच अत्यंत प्रिय माने जाते थे। वे शिक्षकों के बजाय मार्गदर्शक और प्रेरक की भूमिका में विश्वास रखते थे। छात्रों के भविष्य, कैरियर और प्रशिक्षण को लेकर उनका समर्पण विशेष रूप से उल्लेखनीय था।
अनेक छात्रों ने सोशल मीडिया पर शोक संदेश साझा करते हुए लिखा है — “हमने सिर्फ अपने डीन नहीं, अपने संरक्षक को खो दिया।”

सहकर्मियों और परिजनों में शोक का माहौल

डॉ. जैन के निधन से उनके परिजनों पर दुख का पहाड़ टूट पड़ा है। वहीं संस्थान के डॉक्टरों और सहकर्मियों ने इसे “चिकित्सा जगत की अपूरणीय क्षति” बताया है। अस्पताल प्रशासन की ओर से बताया गया है कि उनके नाम पर जल्द ही एक स्मृति व्याख्यान या संस्थागत कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया जाएगा।

शोक संवेदनाएँ

समाज के विभिन्न वर्गों, चिकित्सकों, जनप्रतिनिधियों और सामाजिक संगठनों ने गहरा शोक व्यक्त किया है।
शोक संदेश में कहा गया —

“डॉ. विनीत जैन ने चिकित्सा क्षेत्र में अपनी निष्ठा, सेवा भाव और अद्भुत समर्पण से अमिट छाप छोड़ी। वे अंतिम समय तक अपने कर्तव्य निभाते रहे। ईश्वर उनकी आत्मा को शांति दें और परिजनों को इस असहनीय दुख को सहन करने की शक्ति प्रदान करें।” पूरा चिकित्सा परिवार सदमे और शोक में है।
