Power infrastructure in Ambagarh Chowki has received a major boost with the installation of a new 3.15 MVA transformer at the 33/11 kV substation, enhancing capacity and ensuring better electricity supply for over 13,500 consumers and 52 villages.
Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited (CSPDCL) has energized a newly constructed 33/11 kV substation in Kanhardabri village under the Dongargarh subdivision. Built at a cost of ₹2.92 crore under the Chief Minister’s Power Infrastructure Development Scheme, the substation is expected to ensure high-quality and uninterrupted electricity supply to approximately 1,625 consumers across eight villages. The facility was inaugurated by Executive Director Shri Shirish Selat in the presence of senior engineers and project officials.
