Rajnandgaon Collector Jitendra Yadav, while reviewing the District-Level Coordination and Advisory Committee meeting, expressed strong displeasure over delays in loan distribution by bankers under key government schemes. He directed all banks to expedite approvals, especially in PMEGP, PM–SFME and PM SVANidhi, and ensure result-oriented progress within a week. He also emphasized providing timely loans to women self-help groups under NRLM and accelerating implementation of major central schemes for public welfare.

The Rajnandgaon District Panchayat, led by President Kiran Vaishnav, held its General Assembly meeting to review departmental schemes, emphasising timely execution, transparency, and improved beneficiary outreach across welfare and development programmes.

During a surprise inspection at Government College Chhuria, Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure encouraged first-year students to apply online for the Azim Premji Scholarship Scheme, offering ₹30,000 per year to eligible students to support higher education.

Awareness programs were organized in Sambalpur, Badgaon, and Parewadi villages of Rajnandgaon under Seva Parv and Aadi Karmyogi Abhiyan, informing villagers about government schemes while motivating them towards water conservation, cleanliness, and crop rotation.

CEO of District Panchayat, Ms. Suruchi Singh, held a review meeting with principals and education officials in Rajnandgaon, emphasizing quality education, effective use of the Vinoba App, remedial coaching, and recognition of schools with improved results.

Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure directed officials to actively deliver welfare schemes during the Seva Pakhwada (September 17–October 2), emphasizing sanitation, health camps, and farmer support measures. He also ordered arrangements for Navratri and Dongargarh pilgrims, reviewed fertilizer stock, rooftop solar promotion, and progress on welfare schemes across Rajnandgaon district.
