Workshop-cum-Meeting Held at CMHO Office to Strengthen Online Data Reporting and Monitoring Systems

Following the directions of Collector Jitendra Yadav, a workshop-cum-meeting of private hospitals was organized at the office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) to ensure 100 percent online reporting under national health programmes.
Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Netaram Navratna informed participants that the orientation workshop aimed at guiding private healthcare institutions to provide better and quality health services to patients while maintaining strict compliance with reporting protocols. He emphasized that there should be no negligence in reporting national health programme data and instructed hospitals to upload reports within the stipulated timeline and submit offline copies to the office when required.

District Immunization Officer Dr. B. L. Tulavi reviewed real-time reporting under the UWIN programme and provided detailed information about the RCH 2.0 portal. District Data Manager Akhilesh Chopra explained the technical aspects of the RCH 2.0 system in detail and guided representatives of private hospitals regarding the use of ABHA ID for effective implementation.
During the meeting, officials warned that strict action would be taken against hospitals with low data entry compliance on digital platforms such as the Health Management Information System (HMIS), UWIN portal, RCH portal and other online reporting systems.
District Urban Programme Manager Pooja Meshram, District Assistant Data Manager Preeti Singh, along with officials Kaushal Sharma and Manish Nimje, were present at the meeting. Representatives from various private hospitals also participated.
The initiative is part of ongoing efforts by the district administration to strengthen health data systems, improve monitoring and ensure effective implementation of national healthcare programmes across both public and private sectors.
