In a focused review meeting held at the District Office conference hall, Collector Tulika Prajapati emphasized the need for timely and effective resolution of citizen-related applications received under the Su-Shasan Tihar initiative. Addressing officials from various departments, she instructed that applications concerning pensions, ration cards, tap water connections, and housing schemes must be treated with top priority and sensitivity.
Collector Prajapati underscored that each application should undergo thorough verification under the direct supervision of the concerned departmental heads, rather than being left to subordinate staff. Ineligible cases must be communicated with clear reasons for rejection, ensuring applicants are well-informed and transparency is maintained.
She also issued a strict guideline to prevent applications from being transferred multiple times between departments, urging cautious evaluation before such transfers are made. Departments were further advised to ensure quality redressal and maintain daily updates on the status of applications.
Ahead of upcoming camps under Su-Shasan Tihar, the Collector has directed that all pending applications be resolved in advance. She also reiterated that no application should be rejected without proper assessment, maintaining integrity in governance and public trust.
The meeting was attended by Additional Collector Vijendra Singh Patle, District Panchayat CEO Bharati Chandrakar, and heads of various departments, where each was asked to report the updated status of demands and grievances received.
This proactive approach by the district administration aims to uphold the principles of good governance and ensure effective delivery of public services.
