The Jivandeep Committees are tasked with ensuring better functioning of health institutions, supporting infrastructure, monitoring medical services, and facilitating public health initiatives. With active involvement of community representatives, the committees are expected to bridge the gap between citizens and healthcare providers, bringing greater transparency and accountability in rural health services.
The government believes that this initiative will not only strengthen healthcare administration but also empower communities to take collective responsibility for public health.
