The “Sushasan Tihar 2025” initiative, launched by the government of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, is receiving tremendous enthusiasm across Rajnandgaon district. Citizens are actively participating in the “Samvaad Se Samadhan” (Dialogue to Solution) campaign, submitting their grievances and requests in large numbers.

Today, residents from Gram Panchayats Torankatta and Manki, along with people from various urban wards and the District Collectorate, arrived in large numbers to submit applications. The issues raised span a wide range, including MGNREGA job cards, electricity supply, drinking water, Kisan Credit Cards, pensions, housing, cleanliness, ration cards, Ayushman health cards, and corrections in land records.
So far, the district has received approximately 56,988 applications, with around 49,771 from rural areas and 7,217 from urban zones. The high level of engagement reflects growing trust in government outreach programs.

Voices from the Villages:
- Mr. Manohar Lal Chandrakar (72) from Torankatta applied for an old-age pension, citing poor health and limited mobility.
- Mr. Laxman Yadu (77) expressed appreciation for the program, stating it allows citizens to directly communicate their issues to the government.
- Mrs. Ramautin Bai applied for a concrete house under the PM Awas Yojana due to inadequate shelter during rains.
- Mrs. Gauri Bai from Manki sought assistance under the destitute pension scheme as she depends on her daughter and son-in-law.
- Mr. Sonu Nishad (74) and Mrs. Aslekha Sahu also applied for pension and housing benefits respectively.
- Mr. Harichandra Verma from Barbaspur submitted a request at the Collectorate to correct his name in land records.

The state government is organizing Sushasan Tihar 2025 from villages to cities with the aim of solving public issues, delivering welfare schemes to eligible beneficiaries, and enhancing direct dialogue with citizens.
The initiative is structured in three phases:
- Application Collection: April 8–11, 2025
- Grievance Redressal: Within a month of submission
- Resolution Camps: May 5–31, 2025
With simplified procedures and active public involvement, Sushasan Tihar is setting a new benchmark for people-centric governance in Chhattisgarh.
