Gayatri Vidyapeeth, a reputed educational institution known for its blend of academic rigor and moral values, has achieved remarkable results in the CBSE Board Exams for the academic session 2024–25.

In Class 12 Commerce stream,

  • Bhavesh Jain (son of Pradeep and Pushpa Jain) topped with 93.80%,
  • followed by Anushi Srivastava (88.40%) and Manan Parkh (87.60%).

In the Biology stream,

  • Rishika Golcha (daughter of Malay and Vandana Golcha) led with 92.80%,
  • followed by Aryan Dewangan (91.00%) and Premdeep Rajak (87.40%).

In the Mathematics stream,

  • Prateek Sahu scored 90%, securing the first position,
  • followed by Aditya Kumar Sahu (89%) and Piyush Kumar Sahu (87.80%).

The overall Class 12 result was an impressive 98%.

In Class 10,

  • Utkarsh Sahu stood first with 90.60%,
  • Aviral Agrahari came second with 90%,
  • and Manali Dewangan secured third place with 88%,
    resulting in an overall Class 10 success rate of 99%.

Principal Mrs. Shailaja Nair expressed her happiness, attributing the success to the dedication of students, strong parental support, and consistent guidance from the teaching staff. “Hard work and continuous practice have helped our students reach this milestone,” she said.

The occasion was graced by members of the Gayatri Shikshan Samiti including President Brijkishore Surjan, Vice President Rajesh Jain, Treasurer Suryakant Chitlangya, Secretary Gagan Laddha, and other dignitaries and administrators who extended heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the students. Officials also discussed the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana and upcoming camps for issuing income, caste, and residence certificates across villages starting August 20.

Minimata’s Lifelong Battle Against Social Evils Remembered – Speaker Dr. Raman Singh

Chhattisgarh Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh paid tribute to Mamta-Mayee Minimata, recalling her lifelong struggle against social evils and her pioneering role as the first woman MP from Madhya Pradesh in 1952. Speaking at the Mamta-Mayee Minimata Nirvan Diwas, held at Guru Ghasidas Cultural Hall, Dr. Singh administered the oath to newly elected office-bearers of the District Satnami Seva Samiti and announced ₹10 lakh for development works. श्रीनगर में राज्य जांच एजेंसी (SIA) ने 1990 में कश्मीरी पंडित नर्स सरला भट्ट के अपहरण और हत्या मामले में 8 ठिकानों पर छापेमारी की। कार्रवाई में JKLF के पूर्व नेता यासिन मलिक के घर की भी तलाशी ली गई। 35 साल पुराने इस मामले को दोबारा खोलने से कश्मीरी पंडित समुदाय में न्याय की उम्मीद जगी है।

राजनांदगांव के नवागांव में सिंचाई जल की किल्लत से किसान परेशान हैं। नहर से पानी छोड़े जाने पर बीच के गांवों में अवरोध डालकर पानी रोक दिए जाने से खेत सूख रहे हैं। अधिकारी से मिलने ग्रामीण दिनभर कार्यालय में इंतजार करते रहे, पर कोई जिम्मेदार नहीं मिला। करीब 200 किसानों की 750 एकड़ धान की फसल बचाने के लिए तत्काल पानी छोड़े जाने की मांग की गई है।
