In a weekly time-bound review meeting held at the Collectorate conference hall, Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure instructed all officers to ensure excellence in the execution of government schemes. He stressed the need for 100% use of the e-Office system for file, noting, and document management, especially from August 1 onwards. All departments were urged to actively learn and adopt the system, with dedicated inspection duties assigned to Additional Collector and NIC officials.

He warned that non-compliance with e-Office operations would invite action and directed all officials to obtain digital signature approvals without delay. The Collector emphasized that all citizen grievances and weekly proceedings should also be routed through the e-Office platform.

Addressing the rural sanitation efforts, Dr. Bhure instructed the acceleration of survey work under the Swachh Bharat Mission. He urged officials to comply with procurement protocols via the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal.

Highlighting the importance of real-time performance tracking, he said the district must achieve an “excellent” status on the Atal Monitoring Portal Dashboard. Departments were asked to ensure timely portal entries related to flagship schemes such as the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Mahtari Vandan Yojana, PM Suryaghar Yojana, PM Vishwakarma Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, and others. He also emphasized timely resolution of revenue-related cases.

The review also included progress under the SVAMITVA Yojana (property document distribution), land partition issues, plantation drives, Kisan Credit Cards, Ayushman cards, and PM SHRI schools.

Zila Panchayat CEO Ms. Suruchi Singh stressed on cleanliness across schools, Anganwadi centres, PDS shops, and public places under the ongoing Swachh Bharat Rural Survey 2025. She instructed that dry and wet waste be segregated and that children be educated on proper handwashing techniques. Feedback for the survey is to be collected by July 31.

The meeting was attended by Additional Collectors C.L. Markandeya and Prem Prakash Sharma, Municipal Commissioner Atul Vishwakarma, SDM Rajnandgaon Khem Lal Verma, SDM Dongargaon Shrikant Koram, SDM Dongargarh Abhishek Tiwari, and other officials.
