Focus on AgriStack claims, food safety, PM Surya Ghar, HPV vaccination and welfare schemes

Collector Jitendra Yadav chaired the weekly time-limit meeting at the Collectorate and reviewed the progress of various government schemes, development works and pending applications in the district.
He directed officials to accelerate the disposal of revenue cases and ensure that pending matters involving the general public are resolved within the prescribed timeframe and in accordance with rules.
AgriStack Claims to Be Completed on Mission Mode
The Collector instructed officials to complete pending AgriStack bucket claim cases on a mission-mode basis so that eligible farmers can access government schemes without delay.
He directed all SDMs and tehsildars to regularly review the girdawari process and ensure that patwaris and surveyors complete their work accurately and with proper quality.
He also ordered continued strict action against illegal encroachments on government land and directed officials to ensure that government land remains protected.
Strict Action Against Dairy Analog Violations
Jitendra Yadav directed Sub-Divisional Officers (Revenue) to take strict action against food establishments found manufacturing, storing or selling dairy analog products in violation of regulations.
He stressed that there must be no negligence regarding the quality and safety of food products.
The Collector also reviewed applications received through CM Jan Darshan, CM Helpline, PG, PG Portal and Collector Jan Darshan, directing officials to ensure their prompt and quality disposal.
More Households to Benefit from PM Surya Ghar Scheme
Reviewing the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, the Collector said the scheme should be implemented more rapidly across the district.
More than 5,242 households have already installed solar panels under the scheme, according to the review. He directed officials to organise camps in urban and rural areas and coordinate with banks, the electricity department and vendors to increase awareness and enrolment.
He also instructed officials to complete houses being constructed under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban and Rural) within the stipulated timeframe and ensure that more eligible beneficiaries receive benefits under the PM SVANidhi scheme.
HPV Vaccination Given Priority
The Collector directed officials to accelerate HPV vaccination among girls who have completed 14 years of age. Officials informed the meeting that 7,515 girls in the district have received the HPV vaccine so far.
He also directed the Health Department to maintain continuous monitoring of high-risk pregnant women and ensure necessary healthcare services. He called for faster progress in the ongoing recruitment process in the Health Department.
The Collector reviewed the distribution of ready-to-eat food, the condition of Anganwadi buildings and child growth monitoring under the Women and Child Development Department.
Better Facilities and Hygiene in Hostels
Jitendra Yadav reviewed arrangements in ashram schools and hostels and directed officials to ensure adequate facilities and cleanliness for children.
He instructed authorities to install mosquito nets on doors and windows and ensure sufficient fans in hostels. The Public Health Engineering Department was asked to conduct regular drinking water quality checks.
Special attention was also directed towards hygiene and cleanliness in hostel kitchens to ensure a healthy environment for students.

Stray Cattle to Be Shifted to Gaushalas and Kanji Houses
The Collector directed Municipal Corporation officials to remove cattle roaming or sitting on roads and shift them to gaushalas and kanji houses.
He also instructed officials to put reflective radium belts on cattle found on roads and deploy veterinary department personnel according to a roster for the task.
Officials were further directed to expedite work on the city gas pipeline, regularly monitor its progress and complete it within the prescribed deadline.
2,000 Peepal Saplings Being Planted
The Collector also reviewed the district’s plantation activities and instructed officials to complete the remaining plantation work at the earliest.
As part of the ongoing campaign, around 2,000 Peepal saplings are being planted across the district.
CEO Zila Panchayat Durga Prasad Adhikari, Additional Collectors C.L. Markandey and Prem Prakash Sharma, Municipal Commissioner G.R. Markam and other district-level officers attended the meeting.
