Focus on swift resolution of land cases, speeding up caste and residence certificate distribution, launching smart classrooms, and ensuring preparations for major health initiatives

Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure conducted the weekly time-limit meeting in the Collectorate conference hall and directed all departments to adhere strictly to the standards of the Atal Monitoring Portal. He reviewed the Atal Monitoring Dashboard and instructed for speedy allocation of newly constructed houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban and Rural).
Highlighting welfare schemes, Dr. Bhure emphasized maximum beneficiary coverage under the PM Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme, training and support under PM Vishwakarma Yojana, and achieving remaining targets of Ayushman Vay Vandana Cards. He ordered revenue officials to resolve pending land partition and disputed mutation cases on priority, and to organize special camps to accelerate the issuance of income, caste, and residence certificates, ensuring no eligible student remains deprived.
The Collector announced upcoming programs, including Speaker Dr. Raman Singh’s participation in the Mukhyamantri Saraswati Cycle Distribution Scheme, the launch of online smart classrooms and coaching classes, the inauguration of a CT Scan machine, and the Bhoomi Poojan of a Trauma Centre. He instructed officials to ensure smooth execution of these events.

In education, he stressed removing hurdles in scholarship distribution by resolving banking issues. Under the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM), he directed training and capacity-building for the Village Prosperity Resilience Plan (VPRP), involving all village-level groups and stakeholders.
Dr. Bhure also reviewed key welfare programs including the Ram Lalla Darshan Yojana, Swamitva Scheme, Jal Jeevan Mission, PM SVANidhi Yojana, and Kisan Credit Card Scheme for livestock and fisheries.
Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat, Ms. Suruchi Singh, provided updates on PM Awas Yojana-Rural and VPRP, noting the involvement of sarpanches, women panch members, gram organization representatives, health workers, teachers, and technical experts in training sessions. The GPDP (Gram Panchayat Development Plan) will also incorporate active self-help group members for inclusive development planning.
The meeting was attended by Additional Collectors C.L. Markandey and Prem Prakash Sharma, Municipal Commissioner Atul Vishwakarma, SDM Rajnandgaon Khem Lal Verma, SDM Dongargarh M. Bhargav, SDM Dongargaon Shrikant Koram, along with other senior officials.
