Application through CM Helpline 1076 leads to prompt action by Aadhaar Seva Kendra, bringing timely relief to the applicant

The CM Helpline 1076 is proving to be an effective platform for ensuring the prompt and quality resolution of public grievances related to government services and welfare schemes in Chhattisgarh. The grievance redressal system is being actively implemented across Rajnandgaon district.
Kewal Ram, a resident of Devkatta village in Dongargarh block, wanted to obtain an Aadhaar card for his son. He said the Aadhaar card had not been issued for a long time, forcing him to make repeated visits to the concerned offices without success.
After his issue remained unresolved, he registered a complaint through the CM Helpline. Following the registration of the complaint, the Aadhaar Seva Kendra at the Dongargarh Municipal Council, functioning under the District e-Governance Office, Rajnandgaon, acted promptly on the matter. The required formalities were completed, and his son’s Aadhaar card was issued without difficulty.

Kewal Ram said the timely resolution of his grievance through the CM Helpline provided significant relief. He expressed gratitude to the government, the administration, and the concerned officials, stating that the system is effectively addressing the problems faced by ordinary citizens.
According to the administration, under the CM Helpline and Grievance Management System, any citizen of the state can register complaints 24×7 through the toll-free number 1076, the web portal, mobile application, or WhatsApp using multiple digital channels.
The administration stated that complaints received through the CM Helpline are being resolved promptly. Applicants are also informed about the expected timeline for resolution after a complaint is registered. Once submitted, complaints are immediately forwarded to the concerned department and officials through a technology-based monitoring system to facilitate timely action.
