Paddy procurement at the Ekattaknhar centre proved to be a moment of satisfaction for Pandarwani village farmer Sewaram, who successfully sold 60 quintals of paddy after his token number was called. Each sack of paddy reflected a year of hard work, and the transparent weighing process brought visible relief and happiness to the farmer.
Sharing his experience, Sewaram said that previous years were marked by long queues, uncertainty in getting tokens, and hours of waiting. This year, however, he adopted technology by booking his slot through the Tunhar Token App, which made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.

He expressed that the digital system has brought genuine convenience to farmers and eliminated unnecessary delays.
Sewaram said that the amount he received from the sale will first be invested in the repair and improvement of his farmlands. He aims to enhance soil fertility and improve the quality of the next crop, ensuring better yields and a stronger economic foundation for his family.
Expressing gratitude towards the government and administration, he said that the paddy procurement arrangements and the online token system have made the journey to procurement centres more transparent, streamlined, and respectful for farmers.
