CSPDCL officer from remote Mohla-Manpur region rises through dedication and merit; receives promotion after a decade of service

The Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited (CSPDCL) has promoted Mr. Dharmendra Shah Mandavi to the post of Publicity Officer. Previously serving as Assistant Publication Officer at the Executive Director’s office in the Rajnandgaon region, Mr. Mandavi has now been assigned to the Regional Administrative Office of the same area.
The promotion order was issued by the Chief Engineer (Human Resources) of the Chhattisgarh State Power Transmission Company, Raipur. Mr. Mandavi joined CSPDCL in 2015 through a competitive examination and interview process, and over the years, he has served in various key locations including Raipur region, Chief Minister’s Secretariat, and Ambikapur region.

Born and raised in the remote forest region of Aundhi in the erstwhile undivided Rajnandgaon district, Mandavi’s journey is marked by determination and hard work. Despite limited resources and financial constraints, he pursued a robust academic career. He holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Fisheries, bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Journalism, a diploma in Photo and Videography, and an MBA.
Mr. Mandavi’s promotion has been warmly welcomed by his colleagues and superiors.
