Spiritual Leader to Perform Rudrabhishek at Nandai Shiv Temple During Sawan; Devotees Await His Arrival

A special religious programme is set to take place in Rajnandgaon during the auspicious month of Sawan, with Jai Shravan Ji Maharaj of Simga scheduled to arrive in the city on August 15.

Jai Shravan Ji Maharaj will perform Rudrabhishek of Lord Shiva at the Shiv Temple in Nandai for the welfare and happiness of all. News of his arrival and the upcoming religious ceremony has generated enthusiasm and joy among devotees.

Maharaj to Fulfil Promise Made to Devotees

According to the information, Jai Shravan Ji Maharaj had organised a Shiv Puran Katha in Rajnandgaon last year. During the programme, a large number of devotees had requested him to return to Rajnandgaon during Sawan and perform Rudrabhishek of Lord Shiva.

Accepting the sentiments and request of the devotees, Maharaj had promised to visit Rajnandgaon for a day during the month of Sawan.

Fulfilling the promise, Jai Shravan Ji Maharaj will arrive at Nandai locality of Rajnandgaon on August 15. His arrival has generated particular excitement among Shiva devotees in the city.

Special Religious Activities During Sawan

The ancient Shiv Temple in the city witnesses special worship and religious activities throughout the month of Sawan.

During the Sawan celebrations, a large number of devotees visit the temple to perform Jalabhishek and offer prayers to Lord Shiva. Against this backdrop, devotees are particularly eager for the Rudrabhishek to be performed by Jai Shravan Ji Maharaj.

Four to Five Hours in Rajnandgaon

According to the information, Jai Shravan Ji Maharaj will reach Rajnandgaon in the morning of August 15.

He will subsequently participate in the scheduled religious programme and perform Rudrabhishek of Lord Shiva. He is expected to remain in Rajnandgaon for approximately four to five hours before departing after completion of the programme.

Devotees Express Joy Over His Visit

Programme convenor and senior citizen Vijay Hariharno said that during last year’s Shiv Puran Katha, Maharaj Ji had promised devotees that he would visit Rajnandgaon during Sawan to perform Rudrabhishek.

With his arrival scheduled for August 15, devotees will now have a special opportunity to witness the fulfilment of that promise and participate in the religious occasion.

The news of Jai Shravan Ji Maharaj’s arrival has brought a wave of happiness among Shiva devotees in Rajnandgaon, with a large number of devotees expected to attend the programme.
