Organisers have made comprehensive arrangements for players, including food, accommodation, medical facilities, transportation, cultural programmes, and awards such as Best Player and other individual honours. According to the organisers, this is the first time a hockey tournament of such scale is being organised in the Patari Paar (outskirts) area of Rajnandgaon. There is also a strong possibility of participation by international-level players, which is expected to further enhance the stature of the event.
The league is being seen as a significant step towards promoting hockey in the region and strengthening grassroots sports development in Chhattisgarh.
