19,153 Farmers Registered on AgriStack Portal in Chhuria Tehsil

Digital Crop Survey and Girdawari Data Corrections to Continue Until November 30

According to information received from the Land Records Department, a total of 19,153 farmers from Chhuria tehsil have been successfully registered on the AgriStack portal. Previously, 19,527 farmers had sold paddy through paddy procurement centers in the region, out of which registration of 374 farmers is still under process.

Authorities informed that Girdawari (crop inspection) of agricultural land in Chhuria tehsil has been conducted. In villages where geo-referencing has been completed, surveyors have entered digital Girdawari details through the DCS portal. In villages where geo-referencing is pending, the Patwari staff inspected the fields and recorded crop entries through the Bhuiyan portal based on physical verification. Girdawari entries for government leaseholders and Forest Rights Patta holders are being recorded via the PV Mobile App.

The Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Protection Department of Chhattisgarh has instructed officials to allow verification and corrections of entries in the Digital Crop Survey and Girdawari PV App until November 30, 2025. Required amendments will be completed within the stipulated timeline.

In Ghumka tehsil, Halka Patwari-3 covers six villages, where the total number of khasras recorded for Girdawari includes:

  • Amli Deeh: 1144
  • Kalakasa: 815
  • Kauhakuda: 613
  • Dhaba: 628
  • Bharkatola: 1370
  • Sahaspur–Dalli: 1050

Digital Girdawari completed via DCS records:

  • Amli Deeh: 816
  • Kalakasa: 587
  • Kauhakuda: 308
  • Dhaba: 383
  • Bharkatola: 792
  • Sahaspur–Dalli: 552

The remaining khasra entries in most villages have been completed manually. However, due to technical issues, approximately 228 khasra entries in Kalakasa village are still pending and necessary action is currently underway to complete them.
